The Vilnius Stock Exchange (VSE) is the only regulated exchange operator in Lithuania, offering trading, listing and information services. The mission of the VSE is to organize and develop the Lithuanian securities market by creating the most favorable conditions for issuers, investors, and financial intermediaries to exploit efficiently the advantages of the capital market. Only VSE members - banks and brokerage companies - may trade on the VSE.
