Introduction

Company Background
The company was established in 1998 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group. In 2003 Standard Bank concluded a BEE transaction which entailed the selling of the business to Andisa Capital (Pty) Ltd. The current shareholding is as follows: Safika (55%), Management Trust (25%) and Standard Bank (20%). Andisa operates independently, dealing with both local and international banks, in accordance with the client's mandate.

Andisa acts only as an agent and never as a principal on behalf of its clients, this allows for transparency in prices as all the deals are done in the client's name and therefore the transaction is always between the client and the bank.
